Xen Gregoriadis
“Relax your jaw, chest proud, look straight ahead.”
Xen has been helping people move better and feel stronger since 1998. With a background in advanced Hatha yoga (500-hour training completed in 2012 at Triyoga London) and a two-year education in structural, functional, and experiential anatomy, her approach blends mobility training, functional movement, and body awareness.
She has worked with a wide range of people—from teenagers and pregnant women to athletes, older adults, and those recovering from injury—teaching one-to-one sessions and large group classes in gyms, studios, festivals, corporate offices, and community settings across London and now Lewes.
Xen’s sessions focus on building joint strength, improving range of motion, and enhancing control and coordination. Expect a steady-paced, low-impact flow that combines dynamic mobility drills, active stretching, and targeted strength work. Her goal is to help people move more efficiently, increase resilience, and build lasting body confidence—whether for training, daily life, or injury prevention.
